In-Process Inspection
Setting the approval of manufacturing process as per the designed control plan and as per the drawing prepared.
In-process inspection is performed as per the designed control plan with reference to drawing on hourly basis.
Separation of identification and traceability of the products which are non-conforming during the in-process inspection stage.
Final Inspection
Performing 100% visual inspection of the complete lot as per the defined plan. Some of the commonly found visual defects include Misfill, Dent Marks, Bent, and more.
Sampling dimensional inspection is performed as per the control plan with regards to the prepared drawing.
100% dimensional inspection of the critical dimension which are having smaller tolerance. This will be done as per the control plan.
Separate identification and traceability of the non-confirming products during the final stage.
Pre-Dispatch Inspection
This inspection is performed before delivering the lot to the customer. During this inspection, an inspection report will be prepared based on the inspection of the samples as per the customer drawing or internal drawing.
